Class Structure
Each class is designed to balance asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), and relaxation for complete mind-body wellness.
- 5 mins – Gentle warm-up & breathing
- 35 mins – Guided asanas for strength & flexibility
- 10 mins – Meditation & mindfulness
- 5 mins – Deep relaxation (Shavasana)
Class Schedule
- Morning Batch: 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM
- Evening Batch: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
