Class Structure

Each class is designed to balance asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), and relaxation for complete mind-body wellness.

  • 5 mins – Gentle warm-up & breathing
  • 35 mins – Guided asanas for strength & flexibility
  • 10 mins – Meditation & mindfulness
  • 5 mins – Deep relaxation (Shavasana)

Class Schedule

  • Morning Batch: 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM
  • Evening Batch: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Custom timings available on request.
